Job Summary
As a Junior Assembler, you will support the assembly and production of aerospace components and systems in a precision-driven manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals eager to begin or grow a career in advanced manufacturing and aviation technology.
You will work under the guidance of senior technicians and supervisors, contributing to high-quality output while learning industry-standard practices in safety, quality control, and technical assembly.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the assembly of mechanical, electrical, or composite components according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols in the production area.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments with precision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in line with 5S and ISO standards.
- Report defects, malfunctions, or quality issues promptly to supervisors.
- Participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning to improve technical skills.
- Support inventory management and material handling as needed.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualification & Requirements
✅ Educational Background
- Minimum: Certificate of Completion of Grade 10
- Preferred: Grade 12 Certificate (or equivalent)
✅ Work Experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly line work is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
✅ Language
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
- Ability to read and understand technical instructions and safety guidelines.
✅ Age Requirement
- 20 to 35 years old (as of August 2025)
✅ Other Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to work in a structured, safety-conscious production environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Physically able to perform tasks involving standing, lifting, and repetitive motion.
