Join our team as an Export Manager in the Coffee Division, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our export strategies and operations. We are looking for a skilled professional with substantial experience in agriculture, business administration, economics, and sales & marketing.
Job Requirement
Qualification:MA or BA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agricultural Economics, and / or related fields from a recognized university/ college
Related work Experience:7 (Seven) years hands on experience for BA degree graduates 4 (four) years for MA /MBA graduates. Out of which at least 3 years in managerial positions for an export related business.
Required Skill:
- Manage end-to-end export operations; including coordinating with washing stations in different parts of the country, quality control, and logistics teams.
- Identify and establish relationships with local & international buyers, distributors, and partners.
- Ensure compliance with international and National trade regulations and standards.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote LATA Agri Export’s coffee products in global markets.
