Job Description
- Count and receive finished goods, recording them on the Finished Goods Transfer Voucher (FGTV).
- Based on the sales department’s order form, count, arrange, and deliver finished goods to the designated personnel for shipping to sales drivers.
- Prepare Internal Transfer Vouchers (ITV) for returned yogurt and pasteurized milk transferred to local cheese production.
- For internal sales, deliver finished goods to employees based on receipt.
- Prepare Sales Return Vouchers (SRV) for finished goods shipped to customers that are returned for various reasons.
- Record goods taken from the store for laboratory testing purposes on an internal memo.
- Participate in daily counts with accountants.
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Level IV / Diploma in Business-Related Fields.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Energetic and honest.
