Job Title: Administration Manager position with SoCha LLC in Ethiopia:
Organization: SoCha LLC
Position: Finance and Administration Manager (FAM)
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Background:
- SoCha is preparing a proposal to provide Third-Party Monitoring services to USAID/Ethiopia under an anticipated MEL activity
- The FAM role is for this proposed project and is contingent on SoCha being awarded the contract and receiving funding
Responsibilities:
- Oversee project finance, procurement, and administration
- Maintain accounting records and develop financial reports
- Review invoices and analyze expenditures
- Oversee finance/admin team including payroll and compliance
- Ensure compliance with policies and labor laws
- Provide oversight of field team operations and safety
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience managing finances for USAID or other donor projects
- Experience overseeing donor project budgets
- Knowledge of MS Office, QuickBooks, payroll and benefits
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
