Job Summery
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
- Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial report
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Maintain ledger accounts
- Support payroll preparation and processing
- Comply with financial policies and procedures
- Track expenditures and align with grants
- Prepare budgeting, reporting, and auditing activities
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- 2+ years accounting experience, preferably with NGO or PLC
- Excellent mathematical, analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office required
- Strong ethics, accuracy and timeliness in financial tasks
