Role Description

The Logistics, Admin and Finance (LAF) Officer will:

• Administer logistics, finance, and human resources in the program area.
• Ensure compliance with logistics and finance policies.
• Manage stock, vehicles, and equipment.
• Handle financial records and maintain budget adherence.
• Support the recruitment, placement, and payroll processes for local staff.

Qualifications

• Education: BA/Diploma in Accounting or related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years in finance, logistics, and HR/admin within an NGO or similar environment.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of financial management and logistics practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Good understanding of Ethiopian Labor Law.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
