Role Description

The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, including:

• Managing financial data and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Handling budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
• Supervising accounts payable and receivable.
• Preparing financial reports and collaborating with other departments for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a related finance position.
• Skills:
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in accounting practices and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with compliance and internal controls.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or ACCA certification is a plus.
• Additional: Experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial.
