Role Description

The Clinical Nurse will:

• Provide nursing care and treatment according to doctors’ prescriptions and hygiene protocols.
• Organize and carry out care and treatments while maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Identify and refer victims of Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV).
• Assist during consultations and ensure proper patient admission and follow-ups.
• Supervise nursing staff and maintain hygiene and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Nursing with COC and registered license.
• Experience:
  • Level IV diploma holders: 2 years in a recognized hospital.
  • Bachelor’s degree holders: 1 year in a recognized hospital or NGO.
• Skills:
  • Proven leadership and teamwork capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach.
  • Computer literacy is essential.
