· Lead software development, customization, and integration strategies.
· Prepare technical specifications and manage software acquisition processes.
· Oversee project management from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
· Develop new functionalities based on user requirements.
· Recruit, train, and mentor development teams.
· Ensure compliance with industry standards and data protection regulations.
· Foster innovation within the division and explore new technologies.
Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
· Experience: 5-7 years in software development, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
