Technical Advisor I – Monitoring and Reporting (Commodity and Survey Management) position at Catholic Relief Services (CRS) in Dire Dawa, Ethiopia:

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead the RFSA field team for monitoring and reporting project activities.

·       Oversee outcome surveys and post-distribution monitoring using LQAS and qualitative methods.

·       Coordinate with local stakeholders and implement capacity-building initiatives.

·       Ensure adherence to project guidelines and standards through regular field monitoring visits.

Qualifications

·       Education: Master’s degree in project management, economics, social studies, or related field.

·       Experience: Minimum five years in monitoring and evaluation, ideally with an international NGO.

·       Proficient in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, STATA, R Studio) and Microsoft Office.

·       Strong analytical, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.

Personal Skills

·       Proactive and service-oriented with attention to detail.

·       Ability to work closely with diverse teams and local partners.
