Job Description

Job Title: Administration Manager position with SoCha LLC in Ethiopia:

Organization: SoCha LLC

Position: Finance and Administration Manager (FAM)

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia


  • SoCha is preparing a proposal to provide Third-Party Monitoring services to USAID/Ethiopia under an anticipated MEL activity
  • The FAM role is for this proposed project and is contingent on SoCha being awarded the contract and receiving funding


  • Oversee project finance, procurement, and administration
  • Maintain accounting records and develop financial reports
  • Review invoices and analyze expenditures
  • Oversee finance/admin team including payroll and compliance
  • Ensure compliance with policies and labor laws
  • Provide oversight of field team operations and safety


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience managing finances for USAID or other donor projects
  • Experience overseeing donor project budgets
  • Knowledge of MS Office, QuickBooks, payroll and benefits
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
