Categories for Expression of Interest

Oxfam in Ethiopia invites qualified suppliers to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the supply and/or installation of the following categories:

1. Pumps with Accessories – Full Package
   • Surface Pumps
   • Vertical Pumps
   • Submersible Pumps
2. Solar Panels with Installation – Full Package
3. Pipes – HDPE and GI
4. Fittings – HDPE and GI
5. Water Treatment Chemicals
   • Chlorine HTH
   • Lime Water purification
   • DPD1, DPD3
   • Pull Tester, etc.

Supplier Profile Requirements

Interested suppliers must meet the following minimum criteria:

• Experience: 2-5 years proven experience in supplying and/or installing the category of interest.
• Track Record: Documented experience working with INGOs, UN agencies, and/or government organizations in Ethiopia.
• Capacity: Ability to provide timely delivery and quality-compliant products/services.
• Personnel: Availability of skilled technical personnel and relevant equipment.
• After-Sales Service: Provision of after-sales service, warranty, and technical support (where applicable).

Required Legal and Supporting Documents

Suppliers should submit the following with their EOI:

1. Valid Business License relevant to the category of supply/installation.
2. Valid TIN Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate.
3. Detailed Company Profile outlining history, areas of expertise, and technical capacity.
4. List of similar contracts performed in the last 2-5 years, including at least three references from INGOs, UN agencies, or government organizations (with contact details).
5. Manufacturer’s authorization letter (if applicable).
6. Any relevant quality assurance certifications.

• Deadline for Submission: From August 18, 2025, until August 28, 2025, at 4:30 PM.
