About the Role

CCCC is seeking Junior Architects to join our project team at the LaGare Central Core Project in Addis Ababa. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to apply their technical skills, gain hands-on project experience, and contribute to one of Ethiopia’s landmark developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce detailed shop drawings that align with design intent.
• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical teams to resolve design conflicts.
• Revise drawings and documents based on feedback from senior staff and consultants.
• Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and compliance with project standards.
• Support design visualization and documentation tasks as required.

About You

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

Experience:

• 0–1 year (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Skills:

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other design software is an advantage.
• Ability to produce detailed architectural drawings and visualizations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective collaboration, adaptability, problem-solving, and communication skills.
