About the Role
Berkam Construction PLC is seeking experienced Project Managers to oversee the successful delivery of building construction and related projects. This role requires a strong background in civil engineering or construction management, proven leadership skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Supervise site activities and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to ensure efficient performance.
- Report regularly to senior management on project status and key milestones.
Job Requirements
- Education: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of proven experience in building construction and related works.
- Competencies: Strong leadership, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
